As the weather get cooler and temperatures head below freezing this Winter, homeowners and business owners should be prepared. 

Below are a few tips to prevent your pipes from freezing, which could ultimately lead to water damage if not handled quickly. 

- Keep the faucet dripping slowly. 

- Apply heat to the affected section of the pipe with a hair dryer or heating pad. 

- Apply heat until full water pressure is restored. 

- If you still have trouble, call a licensed plumber.
